User Guide

A step-by-step walkthrough of how to book, pay, and travel with us.

  1. Step 1

    Create an account

    Sign up with your email or log in to an existing account so you can save bookings and track tickets.

  2. Step 2

    Search for a trip

    On the home page, enter your departure and arrival cities, pick the date and number of passengers, then click Search.

  3. Step 3

    Choose a route

    Compare prices, carriers and times. See the route map, stops and amenities, then click Add to cart.

  4. Step 4

    Proceed to checkout

    Fill in passenger details, apply a promo code if you have one, and pay by card or bank transfer. All payments are secure.

  5. Step 5

    Get your ticket

    After payment, your e-ticket is emailed to you and shows up under My Trips with a QR code.

  6. Step 6

    Scan and travel

    On travel day, show the QR code to the conductor. You can also follow the trip in real time on the Track page.
